Harvest 2021 has just begun !
The harvest of the 2021 vintage started during the last week of August.
The white grape varieties were the first to be harvested (Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay..) followed by the red ones (Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre..).
Further to the frost event in the spring, this new vintage promises to be relatively low in quantity but with high-quality grapes.
