Her philosophy

Just as troubadours had the gift of combining words, rhymes and melodies to “faire la cour” or woo their women, Pauline Pinto-Delas happily manages the delicate art of blending cuvées to find the perfect balance and to express each varietal in wines that boast both elegance and character. She is determined to continue the work of excellence that has been initiated for a decade and, as a pure Languedoc native, to represent the very best her native region has to offer.

Her vision is to offer elegant fruity wines that are true to their grape variety.

Her favourite varietals? Powerful, spicy Mediterranean varietals with character such as syrah and Mourvèdre.
