It’s veraison’time in the vineyards!
Grapes have been maturing very rapidly over the last days in Languedoc.
It is the period of maturing of the grapes called “veraison’ : the colour of the grapes is evolving and the grapes are being filled with sugar, whereas acidity is decreasing. There will be soon wonderful grapes ready to be harvested!
